Hi, I’m Becky Girard—a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Symmetry Medical, proudly serving the North Central Phoenix community. With nearly two decades of experience across hospital nursing, case management, primary care, weight management, and medical aesthetics, I bring a well-rounded and compassionate approach to healthcare.
I’m passionate about living a healthy, active lifestyle and love empowering my patients to do the same. My clinical approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, whole-person wellness, and results-focused care. In addition to clinical work, I serve as adjunct faculty in the graduate nursing program at Grand Canyon University, where I mentor future nurse leaders.
Outside the clinic, I’m a wife and mom to two energetic boys. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me hiking, running, exploring new restaurants, traveling, or cheering on my favorite sports teams with my family.

With over 30 years of experience, I am a licensed esthetician, licensed esthetic instructor, licensed master esthetician, and licensed master instructor dedicated to elevating both patient care and professional standards in the aesthetics industry. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of clients—from patients seeking transformative skincare solutions to medical professionals, including doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, and estheticians, seeking advanced education and clinical training.
My approach integrates science-backed treatments with personalized care, delivering measurable improvements in skin health while enhancing natural beauty. This unique combination of hands-on expertise and in-depth knowledge empowers both my clients and the professionals I mentor to achieve exceptional, results-driven outcomes.
